The Kampala Foster Program began in January of 2007, and it follows the pattern of the Tororo Program. HFO Kampala is located in Seguku Village, about 15 Kilometers from Kampala. Twenty-five children are supported in the program overseen by a local board of directors and a full-time administrator. By virtue of its more centralized location, all of the children in the program get involved in weekly sports activities and Bible studies coordinated by the HFO Administrator.
